3 Days 2 Night Sharing — Lachung Yumthang

1. Weather & roads — North Sikkim routes (Lachung, Yumthang, Zero Point) run subject to weather and army/BRO road clearances. If a sector closes we reroute or refund that portion as per the cancellation policy; delays themselves are not refundable. 2. Permits — Protected Area Permits are arranged by us from the documents you submit. Travel is subject to permit approval by the authorities. 3. Shared departures — seats are in a shared vehicle with fixed pickup times. Vehicles wait a maximum of 10 minutes at a boarding point; missing the pickup counts as a no-show. 4. Itinerary — the sightseeing order may change on the ground due to traffic, weather or permit timing. All listed points are covered whenever conditions allow. 5. Zero Point & add-ons — excursions above Yumthang are weather-dependent and payable on the day; they are not included unless listed. 6. Hotels & meals — stays are in the listed hotels or similar, with meals per the stated plan. Special diets on request, not guaranteed. 7. Children — under-5s travel free sharing a parent's seat and bed; children 5 and above need a paid seat. 8. Luggage — one bag per traveller in shared vehicles; boot space is limited. 9. Health & altitude — the route crosses 11,000+ ft. Guests with heart or breathing conditions, or expecting mothers, should consult a doctor before booking and carry personal medication. 10. Liability — we coordinate hotels and transport as agents; liability for events beyond our control (weather, roadblocks, strikes) is limited to the unused service value per the cancellation policy. 11.
