Before you book

Questions we hear a lot

How do I book and pay?

Book online: pick a departure, and pay the advance at checkout by card, UPI or netbanking. You settle the balance per your tour's payment terms. Prefer to talk first? Send an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp and we'll book it for you.

How quickly will you reply?

Usually within an hour during our working hours (8am–9pm IST, 7 days). WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach a local expert.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes — North Sikkim needs a Restricted/Protected Area Permit. We process it for you; just send a clear ID and two photos when you confirm.

Can you arrange NJP / Bagdogra pickups?

We can. Most shared tours start in Gangtok, but tell us your arrival point and we'll add a transfer from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) or Bagdogra airport.
