• By accessing our website and making a booking, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
• North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP operates solely as a service provider and an online booking platform, bridging the gap between travellers and service providers. We do not own or operate any transportation, accommodation, or other travel-related services.
• Travellers must ensure that all the details provided at the time of booking, including personal identification and travel documents, are accurate and up to date.
• The photos, images, and other representations of locations on our website and package files are for illustrative purposes only. The actual experience may differ.
• Dispute & jurisdiction: any disputes fall under Sikkim jurisdiction only.

• Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending payments may lead to automatic cancellation of the trip/tour without a refund.
• Advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure reservations. The balance payment must be made as per the communicated schedule.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates and availability may change without prior notice.
• Payment modes accepted include online transactions, bank transfers, and other payment gateways integrated on our platform.

Travellers must provide valid and legible documents for obtaining the necessary travel permits. The accepted documents include:

• For adults: Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, or any other State/Central Government-issued ID, along with two passport-sized photos.
• For children (under 18 years): Birth Certificate, Passport, or School ID, along with two passport-sized photos.
• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are not valid for permits and will not be accepted.

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure the provided documents are clear, readable, and acceptable. If a permit is rejected due to an issue with the traveller's documents, North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP will not be liable for any refund, and the entire amount will be forfeited.

• North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP does not provide travel insurance for its guests. Travellers are advised to arrange their travel insurance independently.
• In the event of an accident, injury, illness, or loss of any nature (financial, health, life), North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP will not be held liable. Any expenses arising from such incidents must be borne by the traveller or their family.
• North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP is not responsible for search and rescue operations in the event of an emergency. Any such operations will be carried out by the competent authorities.

• The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political disturbances, natural calamities, or any restrictions imposed by competent authorities.
• If an itinerary is modified due to any natural calamity or government-imposed restriction, any additional costs arising from such modifications will be borne by the traveller.
• If a tour is disrupted or incomplete due to force majeure events (e.g. landslides, roadblocks, war, civil unrest), no refunds or reimbursements will be provided.
• If a traveller misses their scheduled pickup or reporting time, North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP is not liable for any refund or compensation.

• Vehicles are provided strictly on a point-to-point basis as per the itinerary, and not on a disposable basis.
• Parking charges and monument/point/park entry fees will be borne by the traveller on an actual basis.
• Sightseeing points may close without prior notice due to government regulations. No refund or reimbursement will be provided in such cases.
• Seat allocation in shared transport is at the discretion of the driver and is based on operational needs.
• For group/shared tours, travellers are expected to adhere to the group schedule. Delays may cause disruptions, and North Sikkim Sharing Travel LLP is not responsible for any missed activities due to tardiness.

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• ₹5,000 per person minimum cancellation fee.
• 80% charge if cancelled between 10–5 days before departure.
• 100% charge for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• No refund will be entertained for any inclusion(s) not availed by the traveller.
• If a permit is issued and the vehicle cannot reach the destination due to road blockage, bad weather, or any unforeseen reason, no refund will be provided.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days, subject to the terms mentioned above.

• Travellers are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow travellers and service providers.
• Any traveller found violating rules, causing disruptions, or indulging in illegal activities will be immediately removed from the tour, with no refund provided.
• Consumption of alcohol or drugs in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Violators may be handed over to the authorities.
