To book a shared departure and arrange your permits, we collect only what those steps require:

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Traveller details needed for permits — government ID type and number, nationality, and a passport-size photo.
• Your booking history with us (trips, dates, payments and refunds).

We use your information only to run your trip and support you:

• To confirm your seats and send your booking, voucher and QR code.
• To apply for the Restricted / Protected Area Permits your route requires.
• To contact you about your booking, a departure change, or a refund.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We share the minimum necessary with the authorities that issue your Sikkim permits, and with the drivers and lodges running your specific trip. We use trusted service providers to host the site and store data securely on our behalf. We do not share your details with anyone else.

We keep booking and permit records for as long as needed to operate your trip and meet legal, tax and safety obligations. Permit photos and ID details are retained only as long as required for the permit and our records.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we're legally required to keep. Just get in touch and we'll help.
